Survey and Interview Data

Survey and interview data is the primary category of data processed by the Service. The Service processes data required to conduct and manage research surveys, including survey and questionnaire identifiers, interview and session identifiers, answers provided during a survey, changes to previously entered answers, timestamps, interview start and completion times, questionnaire and session logs, and files or media created as part of a survey or enabled monitoring feature.

The information contained in survey answers depends on the applicable questionnaire and may include personal information relating to a respondent where required by the research project.

Device and Technical Data

We may process technical information about the device used to access the Service, including a device identifier, device type, operating system and version, screen resolution, network or IP information where available, and diagnostic information.



Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, we may collect, with Your prior permission:

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

Location Information

With Your permission, the Application may collect precise or approximate location information when location-dependent survey or device-management features are enabled.

Location information may be recorded when an interview session starts or ends and may also be associated with individual answer events where required by the survey configuration.

On organization-owned devices where continuous location tracking has been enabled, the Application may also collect location while the Application is operating in the background. The operating system may display a persistent notification or other system indication while background location tracking is active.

Location records may include latitude, longitude, altitude, accuracy, timestamp, and identifiers required to associate the location with the relevant device, organization, user, session, or survey activity.

Location information may be stored temporarily on the device and uploaded when network connectivity becomes available.

Survey Media and Monitoring

Certain surveys may enable monitoring features for research quality control and verification purposes.

Where audio monitoring is enabled for a questionnaire, the Application may record audio during the relevant interview session. Audio monitoring is associated with the interview session and is not intended to continuously record all use of the Application.

Where camera monitoring is enabled, the Application may use the device camera to capture photographs or other media associated with the relevant interview or monitoring session.

Camera and microphone access is subject to operating-system permissions.

The Application does not continuously record the screen or create a continuous video recording of all Application usage merely because the Application has been opened.

Media generated as part of a survey or monitoring session may be stored locally until it can be synchronized and may then be uploaded to the Company's servers.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

Providing and maintaining our Service, which includes monitoring Service usage.

Managing Your Account: Your provided Personal Data enables access to various functionalities available to registered users.

Contacting You: This involves communication via email, telephone calls, SMS, or other electronic means, such as push notifications on a mobile application. This communication pertains to quality control aspects, the research process, your related activities, and similar matters. We reserve the right to contact you through our manager, who will give you specific instructions based on your activities.

To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, quality control aspects and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, and your experience.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. In essence, this data constitutes a fundamental component of the research outcomes, forming an integral part of the final report delivered to the client. We prioritize the security of your information, employing industry-standard measures. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, please take this information under consideration when using the application.
